- User Story Writing
- Wireframes and Prototypes
- Visual Design
- Usability and User Acceptance Testing
Rich works very closely with the company’s Agile development team of engineers and product managers to translate the business and operational needs of various users to develop the system and craft an intuitive, time-saving interface. User stories are written based upon stakeholder and user interviews, observations, design sprints, and team journey mapping exercises. From there, we work out a comprehensive set of click-able, lo-fidelity wireframes that define the functionality, screens, flows, and UI elements. We iterate, gather feedback, and run usability tests that enable Rich to complete set of high-fidelity InVision prototypes that are again tested. With Rich’s UX direction and that of the Product Team, developers use the prototypes to guide their code for eventual release.
